We expect that you have things on the go and we get that. We’re busy people too but everyone should get to feel good and be consistent without compromise. That’s why we offer fun effective 20 minute classes plus some longer ones too. Get the accountability you need with the convenience of your schedule!
We pride ourselves on instruction that takes you out of your head and into your body. We cue the body so you know where to feel each pose and teach you to listen to your body. By bringing your attention to the finer details, it allows you to build awareness and move with confidence! Plus, we always offer options/modifications so no matter where you’re at, you can flow along with the class.

For years I struggled with yoga classes - fitting my body into poses that didn’t feel good and that left me feeling inadequate. Then, I happened upon a class where the instructor cued my body and not the pose and suddenly my world changed. I felt strong but more than that, I was empowered.
Taking this approach to yoga and supported by a background in kinesiology and respiratory therapy, I keep redefining yoga to make it accessible to everyone no matter where you’re at.
From gym junkies looking to stretch effectively to the completely sedentary looking to get started, I work with incredible people to not only help them feel fantastic but to cultivate a healthy relationship with their bodies! The best part is I’ve gotten to make it easy and inviting!
