Janice Brown

Hi again!

I’m a passionate human and love nothing more than getting to enjoy things like hiking and travelling. Having a healthy body has allowed me to do that!

That said, I worked in critical care and health care for nearly a decade and realized just how inaccessible yoga is for a lot of people!

My goal is to change that! I always endeavour to make it about how you feel and teach yoga at whatever level you’re at. Aside from yoga and fitness, I travel and teach intuition/energy courses.

I hope you enjoy Flow and Go as much as I do! I’m always an email away so never hesitate to reach out at hello@flowandgoyoga.com

Dorotea Cotting

Hi, I’m Dorotea!

I have spent the majority of my life battling with food and being overweight while also being a half professional athlete. I knew I needed a change and thankfully this change helped me realize what I wanted to do: help people become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.

At that point, I quit law, enrolled in nutrition science and along the way found yoga which helped me realize that health isn’t just physical but also mental. Yoga has taught me to trust in myself and if I’ve learned anything, it’s that the moment you decide to believe in miracles you also start creating them!

Today I am a graduated nutritionist, engineer in food safety management, yoga & POP Pilates instructor, content creator, fitness lover and believer in all sorts of magical miracles!

Seline Tam

Hey, I’m Seline!

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I’m pretty passionate about it!

I completed my training in Rishikesh, India and draw a lot on my experiences as a student when I teach. For Flow and Go, I focus mainly on vinyasa and hatha practices but I also share powerful pranayama (breathwork) and meditation practices to help you shift the energetic body!

I love traveling the world having guest taught in Nepal, lived a van life in British Columbia and am currently living in Tenerife, Spain. When not cultivating new experiences, I combine my background as an Emergency and Trauma nurse with yoga to find more holistic healing experiences.

Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!

Eva Jacquet

Hello, I’m Eva!

Originally from Montpellier in France, I trained at Green Yoga International in Mallorca, Spain.

I was first drawn to yoga because of the peace and control it provides in my body, mind and really all aspects of life. I love sharing this through teaching both gentle and vinyasa flows that really connect the mind, body and spirit.

Whenever possible, I take my practice outside and love to express myself through water colours and cooking. Otherwise, I love spending time with friends and with my cat Mia.
